Timothy G. "Time" Winters (born February 3, 1956) is an American television actor and voice actor. He also provided Boc's voice in the video game Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II. He replaced Victor Griffiths in Amadeus on Broadway, and played King Pellinore in the national tour of Camelot with Michael York/Lou Diamond Phillips. He has also appeared on television, most notably in two episodes of Criminal Minds.

Winters was born in Lebanon, Oregon, the son of Adalee C. (née McKinney), an elementary school teacher, and Lyle R. Winters, an elementary school principal.[1] Time graduated from Stephens College with a BFA in theatre.
